Bovingdon market is held on the historic Second World War airfield at Bovingdon EVERY Saturday, HP5 0NP. All pitches are on hard standing and has van space behind. There is no electricity available; traders can bring a quiet running generator;  water is available. Stall frames are available to hire 10ft X 10ft 2in galvanised stall frames £5 per frame. You need to provide a top cover for the stall frame and any internal fitting you need to display your goods on. Market equipment is available to buy on site; you can also hire large 8ft X4ft tables at £5 each.

Casual traders welcome from 7am.

Traders Rates 2018

To reach the market - Take M25 and leave at J20 taking the A41 towards Aylesbury. To avoid the queues take the 4th jctn A416 towards Ashley Green, then the B4505 to Bovingdon. Take the second junction and follow signs for Boxmoor. Turn right at the traffic lights and follow road for approximately 3 miles. Go through the village of Bovingdon and the entrance to the market is on the right about 1/2 mile further on. Alternatively, leave M1 at J8 and follow signs through Hemel Hempstead for Chesham taking the B4505.  At traffic lights turn left and follow as above. Follow signs to Hemel Hempstead train station then signs to Bovingdon on B4505.

You can get to Bovingdon via Train to Hemel Hempstead then a Bus to the Market.  Trains go via Wembley Central from Euston. Buses run every hour from the Station.

COVID-19 updates

Bovingdon Market will be opening on 17th April with restrictions in place for now. Groups of six - families welcome, face coverings need to be worn. Hands-Face-Space-Fresh Air.

Restrictions will lessen as we come out of lockdown.

If you want to shop with Children, try Bourn Market on a Sunday in May or return in the Summer.
