Leighton Buzzard Market is a market town where the market still trades around the market cross. The market stretches down either side of the High Street bringing alive the area with a great atmosphere. It has to offer two fruit and veg stalls, fresh fish, butcher, sweets, pet food lots of plants and fresh flowers to fill every home. Crystal, gold and silver jewellery for the girls and work shoes and mobile phones for the boys. There is a very popular farmers market on the 3rd Saturday in the month to buy goods with an environmentally friendly ethos. Once you have visited the market sit and have a coffee and watch the various coming and goings of the vibrant town. A long established charter market, it is very successful, running two days a week along each side of the High Street in this very affluent expanding town.

Casual Traders fee will be �1.00 per 1 ft (0.3m) extra. The minimum fee is for 8 ft (2.4m).

Trader Information

Most traders will have to provide their own stalls with green and white striped covers, but we do have a limited number of stalls available and boards are supplied. There will be a £5.00 charge per stall and these must be booked in advance. All traders must keep their stalls tidy and use the black bags provided. Trader facilities are available nearby. Electricity is available at £2.00 per day. All vans must be parked in the traders' car park which is free for regular traders.
