Applying for a catering pitch PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER KEEP A WAITING LIST.
Please phone us to check the current situation, bearing in mind that vacancies are rarely available on established markets. If we are able to offer you a position you will need to provide the following:-
- Completed stall application form
- Photograph of the unit you wish to trade from
- Sample Menu
- Food Handling Certificate
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate
- Public Liability Insurance can be provided by Wendy Fair Markets. Please complete form and return with payment.
- Gas Safety Certificate (can be obtained from any Gas Installer in Yellow Pages)
- Electrical Installation Safety Certificate (can be obtained from Electrical Inspection and Testing in Yellow Pages
- Portable Appliance Installation Test Certificate (PAT) (can be obtained from Electrical Inspection and Testing in Yellow Pages.
- Confirmation letter from your Local Authority to show you have been passed by the environmental health for the way you work.
- Two weeks advance rent.
